Refund Policy

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Since we sell digital products, once the download has started, we do not offer refunds unless the product is defective or not delivered as described.

REQUEST FOR REIMBURSEMENT

If you encounter any problems with your digital product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase by emailing contato.artesup@gmail.com and explaining the issue. We will review the case and, if necessary, process a refund or replace the product.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

In the event of proven defects in the purchased digital product, we will provide an appropriate solution, either through a refund or by providing a new file at no additional cost.

EXCEPTIONS

We do not offer refunds for products purchased by mistake or due to a change of mind after downloading.
